Property project · Sales gallery
A dark-gold PVD stainless steel package that carries visitors from the entrance and lobby into a planted rain garden at Poly Shengtangyin Sales Gallery.

A sales gallery needs to make a clear impression before a conversation begins. At Poly Shengtangyin, that experience starts at the entrance, continues through the lobby and opens into a rain garden beyond. Xinmao Metal supplied the custom stainless steel elements that connect those settings: large entrance details, glass doors, lobby screens and niches, rain-garden columns and a large pavilion.
The pieces are not treated as separate decorative products. Their dark-gold PVD finish establishes one material language while the geometry changes to suit each location, from crisp door frames to faceted ceiling planes and the more sculptural garden structure.
Arrival begins with a defined metal threshold
The exterior approach brings together the large entrance, canopy ceiling and stainless steel-and-glass doors. Broad dark-gold planes frame the first view of the sales gallery, while the ceiling’s facets pick up changing light above the entrance. The glass doors remain transparent, but their stainless steel details give the opening a deliberate weight.

Dark-gold PVD stainless steel moves from the exterior canopy to interior screens and the garden pavilion without flattening the project into one repeated shape. Its value lies in the controlled relationship between finish, light and proportion.
Inside, screens, doors and niches hold the lobby together
Within the sales gallery, stainless steel marks transitions without closing the room. The lobby screens add depth at the entrance, while glass door surrounds keep sightlines open. Niche and wall details introduce smaller, close-range moments of the same finish, so the lobby retains continuity as visitors move between reception and display areas.
For a comparable project, a custom stainless steel screen works best when its scale, fixing points and adjacent finishes are resolved as part of the interior rather than added after the principal surfaces are complete.

The rain garden gives the finish a different scale
Past the lobby, the rain garden shifts the project from enclosed architectural details to water, planting and open circulation. Stainless steel columns continue the material language along the route, while the large pavilion provides a stronger focal point. Reflections from the water feature allow the dark-gold finish to change through the day without relying on additional ornament.

A coordinated package from the gateway to the garden
This sales gallery shows the benefit of developing metalwork as one coordinated package. The entrance, canopy ceiling, lobby screens, doors, niches, columns and pavilion each respond to a different condition, yet their detailing and PVD finish remain related. That makes the route feel coherent without making every space look the same.
Xinmao supports projects that require this level of coordination through end-to-end bespoke fabrication, from technical development and finish selection to fabrication and installation coordination.
