XinMao Metal provides custom stainless steel fabrication and architectural metalwork services for commercial and project-based applications.
Overview
Welcome to XinMao Metal. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to XinMao Metal.
We operate this website and provide information, products, custom fabrication services, architectural metalwork solutions and related services through this website.
By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, collect information without authorization or use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Products & Custom Fabrication
XinMao Metal supplies standard and custom metal products, including products manufactured according to customer drawings, dimensions, specifications, samples, finishes, colors or project requirements.
Product images, samples, renders and photographs shown on this website are for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly because of material batches, manufacturing processes, surface finishes, lighting, photography and display settings.
For custom-made products, the final approved quotation, drawings, specifications, samples or other written confirmation shall take priority over general information displayed on the website.
Quotations & Orders
Website enquiries do not constitute confirmed orders.
For custom projects, we may provide a quotation, pro forma invoice, technical drawing, material specification or other project documentation before production.
An order becomes confirmed after the commercial terms have been agreed and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all quotations, dimensions, drawings, quantities, materials, colors, finishes and specifications before approval.
Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
Prices may change because of changes in raw material costs, specifications, quantities, exchange rates, shipping requirements or other commercial factors.
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or sales agreement. Production may not begin until the required deposit or payment has been received.
Custom Products & Cancellations
Many XinMao Metal products are manufactured specifically according to individual customer requirements.
Because custom products may include customer-specific dimensions, patterns, colors, finishes, materials or fabrication requirements, confirmed custom orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after production has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to deductions for materials purchased, design work, fabrication already completed and other costs incurred in connection with the order.
Production Lead Times
Production lead times depend on product type, quantity, material availability, manufacturing complexity, finishing requirements and project specifications.
Production normally begins after required payment has been received, drawings and specifications have been approved where applicable, and all necessary project information has been provided.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, freight terms and delivery arrangements will be determined according to the applicable quotation, order confirmation or shipping agreement.
Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
XinMao Metal is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs inspections, port congestion, weather, government actions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Product Inspection & Claims
Customers should inspect products promptly after receiving the shipment.
If products appear to have manufacturing defects, quantity discrepancies or transportation damage, customers should contact XinMao Metal as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs, videos, packaging records and relevant shipping documentation.
Normal variations arising from materials, fabrication processes or surface finishing are not necessarily considered product defects.
Installation & Site Conditions
Where XinMao Metal supplies products without installation services, the customer is responsible for proper handling, storage and installation.
XinMao Metal is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect site measurements, improper installation, misuse, unsuitable storage, unauthorized modification or installation methods that do not comply with agreed specifications.
