Overview
Foshan Xinmao Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd, operating under the brand Xinmao Metal, supplies custom architectural stainless steel and decorative metalwork for international commercial and project-based applications.
Shipping arrangements are determined according to the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, agreed Incoterms, cargo characteristics, destination and project requirements.
Freight Responsibility
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement, product prices do not include international freight, destination customs duties, import taxes, destination handling charges, local delivery or other destination-related costs.
Such costs are generally borne by the customer. Where Xinmao Metal arranges freight on the customer's behalf, the applicable logistics charges will be quoted or confirmed separately.
Shipping Methods
Depending on cargo size, weight, destination, urgency and project schedule, orders may be shipped by sea freight, air freight or another logistics method agreed with the customer.
Sea freight is generally suitable for larger project shipments and heavy architectural metalwork, while air freight may be considered for smaller, lighter or time-sensitive shipments.
The final shipping method will be confirmed based on the specific project and customer requirements.
Customer-Appointed Freight Forwarders
Customers may appoint their own freight forwarder, shipping agent or logistics provider where appropriate.
Where the customer appoints a freight forwarder, the customer is responsible for providing accurate collection instructions, contact details, booking information and other logistics requirements in sufficient time for shipment coordination.
Freight Arranged by Xinmao Metal
At the customer's request, Xinmao Metal may assist in obtaining freight quotations and coordinating shipment through available logistics providers.
Freight quotations are generally based on information available at the time of quotation and may change because of fuel surcharges, carrier rates, space availability, seasonal demand, port conditions or other logistics factors before final booking.
Shipping Terms & Incoterms
The allocation of freight costs, transportation responsibilities, risk and delivery obligations will follow the shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order or other written agreement.
Where an Incoterm is specifically agreed, that Incoterm and the agreed named place or port will apply to the relevant shipment.
Export Packaging
Products are packaged according to product type, dimensions, finish and agreed shipping method, with reasonable measures taken to reduce the risk of damage during normal transportation and handling.
Special packaging, reinforced crates, project-specific packing, fumigation requirements or other non-standard packaging may be subject to additional charges where applicable.
Shipping & Export Documents
Where applicable, Xinmao Metal may provide standard commercial and shipping documentation required for the agreed shipment, such as commercial invoices, packing lists and other documents reasonably required for export.
Any special certification, legalization, destination-specific documentation or third-party inspection requested by the customer should be confirmed before shipment and may involve additional cost or lead time.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping and transit times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.
Transit times may be affected by carrier schedules, space availability, customs procedures, port congestion, weather, government controls, holidays or other circumstances outside Xinmao Metal's reasonable control.
Import Customs, Duties & Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing under the applicable shipping terms, the customer is responsible for destination import clearance, import duties, taxes, customs charges, destination handling fees and other local charges.
Customers are responsible for confirming applicable import requirements in the destination country before shipment.
Shipping Information Provided by the Customer
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate consignee information, delivery address, contact information, destination port or airport, freight forwarder details and any other information required for shipment.
Additional costs or delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or late shipping instructions may be charged to the customer where applicable.
Transportation Damage
Customers should inspect the shipment and packaging promptly upon receipt. Visible damage, shortages or packaging damage should be documented before installation, modification or disposal of the original packaging.
Customers should provide photographs, videos, shipping documents and other relevant evidence as soon as reasonably possible so that the matter can be reviewed with the applicable carrier, freight forwarder or insurer.
Cargo Insurance
Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated in the quotation, shipping arrangement or written agreement.
Where insurance is required, responsibility for arranging and paying for cargo insurance will follow the agreed shipping terms or Incoterms for the applicable order.
Partial & Multiple Shipments
Large or phased projects may be shipped in multiple lots where agreed with the customer or where required by production, cargo dimensions, logistics availability or project schedule.
Freight and handling charges for partial or multiple shipments will be determined according to the applicable shipping arrangement.
Delays Outside Our Control
Xinmao Metal will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, port congestion, customs delays, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation interruptions, force majeure events or similar circumstances.
Project-Specific Shipping Terms
Specific quotations, pro forma invoices, purchase orders, Incoterms, freight confirmations or project contracts may contain different or additional shipping terms. Where such terms have been specifically agreed in writing, those project-specific terms will take priority for the applicable shipment.
