Start with the Project RFQ if you are preparing a new enquiry. Use the finish, survey, technical review, inspection and handover records when those tasks become relevant. One project may use several documents.
No. These are blank worksheets for organising project information. Material certificates, test reports, calculations and approval records must relate to the actual supplied materials, construction and intended application.
The general worksheets cover several architectural metalwork families, with product-specific prompts where needed. The honeycomb submittal worksheet is intended for honeycomb composite panels. Complete only the applicable sections and explain any exclusions.
Completion alone does not release production. Use the agreed approval process, current drawings, accepted references and authorised release records. Typed names identify participants but do not create a digital signature.
