Gold water-ripple stainless steel ceiling panels bring a fluid reflective surface to hospitality and residential interiors. The embossed pattern catches surrounding light and gives recessed ceilings, corridor runs and shaped feature areas a changing visual texture. This collection is suited to hotel lobbies, restaurants, retail interiors, living rooms and circulation spaces where the ceiling is intended to be part of the design rather than a background plane. Xinmao Metal develops decorative stainless steel ceiling panels to suit the project layout, including panel size, joint arrangement, curved or straight ceiling geometry, edge details and coordinated openings. The visible gold-toned water-ripple finish can be used across a broad ceiling field or concentrated in a framed feature area, allowing designers to balance reflection with the surrounding materials and lighting.
Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel Construction
For the PVD gold water-ripple ceiling field, a stainless steel-faced honeycomb panel option is available. The panel build-up uses a stainless steel visible face, an aluminum back sheet and a metal honeycomb core. Core specification, bonding system, overall thickness, sealed edges and fixing inserts are selected for the project and recorded in the approved drawings. Hangers and a designed carrier transfer the complete assembly load to the primary structure; lights and other equipment require separately approved support.
Can curved or folded areas use honeycomb construction?
Honeycomb construction is generally not recommended for very small curved areas or tight-radius returns. Where the curved area is large enough and the geometry is suitable, it can be detailed as a separate curved honeycomb panel and joined to the adjacent panels during installation. Curvature, panel division, joint locations and fixing details are confirmed in the approved shop drawings and mock-up; not every fold or rounded edge uses a honeycomb core.
Approve the PVD gold tone, water-ripple texture and adjacent-panel appearance against the agreed sample under the specified lighting. Color and dimensional acceptance follow the project tolerances rather than an absolute uniformity promise.
