Poly Heyi Sales Gallery: PVD Pergola and Honeycomb Entrance Soffit

At the Poly Heyi Sales Gallery, the entrance and landscape route needed to sit comfortably beside planting, stone and the surrounding architecture. Xinmao Metal supplied the custom stainless steel package for the sales-gallery entrance and the garden pergola, including shaped stainless steel columns and a stainless steel honeycomb-panel ceiling.

The exterior faces use a PVD finish selected for the landscape setting. It gives the metalwork a warm, restrained tone while keeping the structure legible at close range and from the approach.

Slender columns support a broad landscape canopy

The pergola uses stainless steel columns to carry the canopy while leaving the garden edge visually open. Their profile provides a clear vertical rhythm along the route. The PVD outer finish brings the columns into the same material family as the entrance without competing with the planting beside them.

For a landscaped sales gallery, this type of bespoke stainless steel fabrication has to account for the structure, panel interfaces and the final visible finish at the same time.

A honeycomb-panel ceiling closes the canopy cleanly

Above the route, the stainless steel honeycomb panels form the visible ceiling plane. The panels keep the underside of the pergola calm and continuous, while the concealed structure remains behind the finished surface. This is particularly important at the entrance, where canopy lines, lighting and adjacent stonework are read together.

The entrance package and the garden pergola were developed as related pieces rather than two unrelated installations. That approach keeps the PVD colour, panel edges and visible column details consistent across the sales-gallery setting.

A coordinated metal package for the approach and garden

The project shows how stainless steel can support both a formal sales-gallery entrance and a planted outdoor route. The finished surfaces are precise, but the aim is simple: a canopy that relates to the garden, a clear threshold for visitors and details that stay consistent from one area to the next.
