Xinmao develops project-specific decorative metalwork for elevator cabins and entrances. Depending on the approved scope, this may include cab wall and ceiling panels, decorative door finishes, entrance headers, jamb cladding, portals and adjacent lobby panels. Elevator machinery, controls, safety devices and their installation remain with the responsible elevator contractor.

The weight allowance must be confirmed by the elevator supplier or responsible consultant before the panel construction is finalized. We can provide proposed panel dimensions, materials and estimated weights for their review. Any required balance check, testing or approval belongs to the elevator team under the project scope.

Yes, subject to a review of the existing cab, confirmed measurements, substrate, clearances, access points and the elevator supplier's requirements. Please share the as-built drawings or arrange a site survey through the responsible project team before fabrication dimensions are approved.

Please send the elevator supplier's drawings, cab and entrance dimensions, quantity of cars and floors, proposed panel locations, finish references, project location, programme and any confirmed limits for weight, clearance and access. We will define which decorative components are included in the quotation.

Installation and approval responsibilities are set in the project scope. The elevator contractor and local authority or appointed consultant must review any work affecting the elevator system or required compliance. Xinmao coordinates decorative metalwork to the approved information and agreed interfaces.
