Custom stainless steel screen

Bronze Geometric Stainless Steel & Aluminum Screens for Hotel Lounges

Bronze-toned geometric screens define hotel lounges and dining zones, with stainless steel or carved aluminum options tailored to the selected pattern.
Product Features

This bronze geometric stainless steel screen partition pairs a repeating decorative pattern with a warm, sophisticated metal tone. It can define restaurant seating, hotel lounge zones, bedroom backdrops and reception interiors while allowing light and visual connection across the space. The patterned panel composition adds privacy without making the interior feel enclosed. Xinmao Metal can support custom architectural screen arrangements for design-led hospitality, retail and residential projects.

The patterned metal panels are available in stainless steel or aluminum, with a carved aluminum screen option developed from the selected design. Material grade, panel thickness, pattern scale, edge details and surface finish are confirmed for each project. The fabrication method and fixing arrangement are reviewed against the chosen material and approved drawings.

Application Scenarios

Space Zoning & Partitioning :
Flexibly divide open-plan living rooms, studio apartments, or shared offices into distinct functional zones (e.g., separating a dining area from the lounge, or a workspace from the bedroom) without structural changes.

Privacy Creation :
Instantly create private nooks for changing areas, home offices, reading corners, or dressing rooms in residential or hospitality settings.

Decorative Focal Point & Backdrop :
Act as stylish art pieces, headboards behind beds, or aesthetic backdrops for video calls, photography, and live streaming.

Light & Flow Control :
Gently diffuse direct sunlight, block unwanted light, or redirect air currents to create a more comfortable micro-climate.

Concealment :
Elegantly hide clutter, storage units, utility areas, or architectural imperfections from view.

Installation Precautions
  • Confirm the selected motif and stainless steel or carved aluminum version before approving fabrication drawings. Do not transfer thickness, connections or processing assumptions from one material to the other.
  • Set out frames and panel divisions against restaurant furniture, lounge seating and actual floor/ceiling datums. Keep geometric, fine-linear and leaf-like directions separately identified in the module schedule.
  • Approve infill restraint, frame connections and anchors for the actual supporting construction. Provide any required dissimilar-metal isolation according to the selected build-up.
  • Protect finished faces and fine members during installation. Confirm the intended screening against the actual background, and inspect frame alignment and the bronze-tone sample before handover. Further guidance: Screen system fixing and installation guidance

Architectural screens designed around the space

A decorative screen is more than a pattern applied to metal. It has to manage sight lines, light, circulation and scale while fitting the surrounding architecture. Xinmao develops every stainless steel screen as an integral component of the architectural intent—seamlessly balancing visual design with fabrication and site installation requirements.

Bronze Geometric Stainless Steel & Aluminum Screens for Hotel Lounges

A Repeated Geometric Field Around Restaurant Seating

A framed geometric repeat can define the edge of a restaurant seating group while keeping a view of the space beyond. The warm bronze direction relates the screen to upholstery and nearby timber, with panel placement developed around the tables and circulation.

Fine Vertical Lines For A Lighter Screen Direction

The linear option uses closely spaced vertical elements within slim framing. It introduces a more restrained rhythm than the bolder geometric motif and can suit a transition where the outline should remain light. The chosen member or infill construction is confirmed separately.

A Narrow Patterned Feature Beside Lounge Seating

A tall narrow patterned field can sit beside seating as a feature rather than extend across the whole room. Its scale is judged alongside the surrounding cabinetry and wall finishes, allowing the panel to contribute detail without becoming the only visual focus.

Leaf Like Repeats Across A Taller Lounge Boundary

The taller leaf-like direction provides a stronger repeated texture behind a lounge setting. Frame divisions organise the broad surface, while openings retain glimpses of the background. Pattern scale and the adjoining furniture layout are reviewed together to establish the intended balance between separation and connection.

Stainless Steel Or Carved Aluminum By Selection

The selected patterned panels are available in stainless steel or aluminum, including a carved aluminum direction. These choices are developed into their own material, frame and fixing details. Confirm grade, thickness, edge treatment and finish on the approved drawings; the aluminum option is not described as laser cut.

One Bronze Palette With Different Panel Arrangements

A warm bronze-tone reference can connect several screen directions within a hospitality interior. It does not mean the linear, geometric and leaf-like panels share one construction. Xinmao Metal can develop the selected arrangement around reception, dining or lounge zones, with the actual frame profile, surface process and supports agreed for each location.

Details that hold the screen together

A screen is most convincing when pattern, panel construction, finish and interfaces are resolved as one composition.

Geometric Screens That Relate To Restaurant Seating

The repeated openwork can establish a defined edge around a dining setting. Reviewing the panels with seating and circulation helps the decorative boundary feel integrated rather than simply filling an available space.

A Fine Linear Alternative To Stronger Motifs

Slender vertical lines offer a quieter visual direction beside the more pronounced geometric panels. The contrast lets different rooms retain a related metal palette while choosing different levels of decorative detail.

Leaf Like Texture Behind A Lounge Composition

Repeated leaf-like lines create a finer background around seating. Their relationship to the frame and furniture can give the screen depth without requiring a continuous opaque wall across the lounge.

A Shared Pattern Concept With Material Choice

Stainless steel and carved aluminum versions allow the selected design to be developed within different material schedules. The motif remains the design reference while construction, finish and connection details stay specific to the chosen version.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for architects, contractors and project teams reviewing a custom screen package.

Custom architectural stainless steel screen detail
01Is your metal screen a traditional mashrabiya?

Our products are custom metal screens that can use mashrabiya-inspired geometric patterns. Traditional mashrabiya is a specific architectural element with cultural and environmental functions. We describe modern metal interpretations by their material, pattern and project use rather than treating them as identical to historic woodwork.

02Can a mashrabiya-inspired screen improve shade and privacy?

It can provide visual screening and reduce direct sun in the right arrangement. The effect depends on orientation, pattern depth, open area, viewing angles and the building behind it. Any required daylight, solar or privacy performance should be tested or calculated for the project before it is specified.

03Can the pattern look different by day and at night?

Yes. Sun direction and interior or exterior lighting change the visible pattern, shadows and sightlines. If night-time privacy matters, review the screen with the intended lighting on both sides; daytime appearance alone is not enough to approve it.

04Can a perforated decorative screen act as a waterproof facade?

No. An open metal screen is a decorative or shading layer; the wall or facade behind it must provide the required weather protection. The project team should coordinate drainage, exposed materials, brackets and maintenance access with the building envelope design.

05What changes when a screen is used outdoors?

Outdoor use requires a separate review of exposure, material and finish selection, support, fixings, drainage, cleaning access and any project-specific wind or structural requirements. A pattern approved for an interior partition should not automatically be reused outside.

06Can a screen be supplied in one large piece?

Panel size is set by the design, sheet availability, fabrication method, stiffness, finish, packaging, shipping and site access. For larger elevations, coordinated modules often give a more practical installation route while preserving the pattern across joints.

07Can you provide drawings and samples before production?

Xinmao's published process includes project drawings, finish review and samples or mock-ups. Agree the required drawing set, sample size, approval sequence and installation interfaces in the project scope before fabrication begins.

08Where are architectural metal screens commonly used?

Typical uses include lobby features, partitions, privacy screens, restaurant and retail zoning, lift surrounds and decorative enclosures. The final screen design should respond to the circulation, sight lines and maintenance access of the space.

09Can the pattern be customised for a specific project?

Yes. A client motif, geometric reference or privacy requirement can be used as the starting point. Pattern scale and open area are then reviewed against panel size, borders, viewing distance and fabrication constraints.

10What information do you need for an initial quotation?

Please provide overall dimensions, quantity, project location, intended application, preferred finish, pattern reference and any available drawings. Provisional information should be marked so it can be reviewed separately.

11How is the material selected for a screen project?

Material selection depends on the project specification, location, required appearance, panel format and fabrication method. Xinmao primarily develops stainless steel screen packages, while final material and thickness follow approved project requirements.

12Can the screen finish match other metalwork in the project?

Finish references, approved samples and adjacent metalwork can be reviewed together. Where appearance is critical, colour, texture and grain direction should be confirmed with physical samples before production.

13Can the screen be used for both interior and exterior applications?

Both applications can be considered, but they should not use the same specification by default. Material, finish, backing structure, drainage, fixings and local exposure conditions must be reviewed for the actual project location.

14What installation information can be provided?

The installation approach depends on the project scope and surrounding construction. Wall, floor and ceiling conditions should be shared so frames, brackets, access and fixing interfaces can be discussed during detailing.

15What maintenance is normally required?

Maintenance depends on the selected material, finish, location and level of contact. Accessible joints and suitable panel divisions make cleaning easier. Final cleaning products and methods should follow the approved finish sample and project guidance.
