Custom stainless steel elevator door skins and fixed portal cladding are two separate decorative supply scopes. The gallery illustrates residential entrance finish directions in satin silver, warm brown, antique bronze and gold-toned surfaces. These are design references; the quotation must identify the moving door-facing areas separately from the stationary jambs, headers and returns.

For fixed portal cladding, Xinmao Metal develops the jamb depth, head profile, edge returns, visible joints and finish sample from approved opening and frame dimensions. The decorative covers do not replace the original structural frame. Adjacent lobby wall panels belong to a separate wall-cladding scope and should be marked on the elevation.

Door-facing skins attached to moving equipment require separate review by the elevator supplier or responsible elevator contractor. Agree added weight, fixing method, door travel, clearances, operating interfaces and service access before fabrication. The decorative supply does not include the complete operating door assembly, door operator, controls or safety devices; any required entrance performance documentation must correspond to the approved assembly.
